Blogilates 90 Day Challenge!

I'm am getting all prepared to begin my 90 day challenge over at Blogilates! To follow my progess, go to http://www.90daystofitness.tumblr.com !!! I will also be talking about it more here in my next post.
For those of you coming from Blogilates in search of the grocery list, here you go!


Blogilates 90 day challenge
One week of groceries
“Aisle” Products
___ 2 cups Oatmeal
___ Unsalted almonds
___ Unsalted sunflower seeds
___ Balsamic vinegar
___ 5 half cup servings Edamame
(I sub with 3 cans black beans.)
___ Sugar free strawberry jam

 Dairy
___ 4 cups Egg whites
___ 28 oz Cottage cheese

Meat Products
___ 4 lbs Chicken breasts
___ 1 ½ lbs. Tilapia
(sub with lean turkey,
white fish or canned tuna)

Fruits and Veggies
___ 5 Bananas
___ 4 Apples
___ 1 ½ cups Blueberries
___ 2 heads Romaine lettuce
___ 4 Roma tomatoes
___ 2 Avocados
___ 3 Large stalks broccoli
___ 7 Sweet potatoes
___ 2 Red peppers
___ 12 oz Mushrooms

Frozen
___ 12 oz Frozen spinach

DELI
___ Salsa (fresh from the deli, not canned)

You may not be able to find
this in your normal grocery store.
___ Muscle milk whey protein,
(vanilla flavor)
